This is indeed one of the key issue with regard to the sanctity of life fight over the next couple of years: how will the next generation of catholic and christian leaders emerge to get this right

I also want to thank you to have restarted this blog

Thanks for your comment, John. There are no plans for a Dominican Rite Mass at SVF on March 7, as was done last year. However, this does not preclude the possibility of future celebrations.

Dear Father:

Thank you for picking up the baton from Fr. Shah on this wonderful blog. Can you please tell me if there are any plans for a Dominican Rite Mass at SVF, like there was last March 7?

Thank you again.

married, divorced -a while ago- no children
I thought of getting an annulment, even a long time after my divorce, but I never did. I am therefore still married in the Catholic Church, I live as the Church requires for my state of life, I think chastity is the base for anything good, and I want my husband/ex-husband to go to heaven.
I live with a joyful heart and receive many blessings from God beyond my expectations.
The guide lines of the Church I see as the rope marking danger on a high mountain skiing slope.
God will eventually turn our suffering into joy, because He is good.

The brother and sister thing is a charade.

My wife abandoned our marriage, the Church tried to ram an annulment
down my throat till I beat the dirtbags to a bloody pulp with the truth
but she can live as brother and sister with her lover, going to confession
each time [deleted]!

What a joke the Catholic Church and its apologists have become.

Can you not understand how decent people can question every word that
comes from the hierarchy when things like have happened to me for over
20 years are happening to countless men and women.

Your words grate on the back of this still faithful spouse and father!

You should be ashamed and repent your mocking the marriage which
gave life to five living children and their eight. I am humiliated to call
myself a Catholic.

Thank you, Fr. Bruno.
The movie trailer is powerfully moving by itself!
Its viewing will hopefully 'move' many (beginning in the inner person, that is me). I hope to watch it soon.

Persecution continues in horrific and under seemingly benign guises; it's standard fare now, regrettably even inside our homes.

Miguel Pro intercede for Mexico and for all.
