Cathedral of St. Patrick Young Adults (a ministry for young adults in their 20s and 30s) is hosting a discussion group “Catholic Dating, Marriage…and then Divorce?” on March 19, 2009 at 6:30pm at the Cathedral Parish House, 14 East 51st Street. Admission is free.
The topic addresses a unique perspective on dating and marriage, and the decisions we make that can ultimately undermine our “fairy tale” understanding of these important subjects.

Join young adults for a series of lectures at Metro 53 Bar and Restaurant, 307 East 53rd Street, between 2nd and 1st Avenues. The event is from 7pm-8:30pm.
The fourth lecture of 2009 is on March 16, 2009, by Mr. David Wilder, managing director of the Lumen Institute. The topic for this night is “Top 5 Reasons People Leave the Catholic Church” On this night, learn why Catholics leave the Church and how we can do our part to keep them in the Faith.
